Job Opportunity: Term Grader Operator – RM of Paddockwood

The RM of Paddockwood No 520 is seeking a skilled and reliable Grader Operator to join our team on a term basis. 

Responsibilities:

• Operate  and maintain a grader to perform tasks such as road maintenance, grading, leveling, shoulder pulling and spreading materials.
• Conduct  pre-and post-operation checks on equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, adhering to all company and      safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating a grader.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the role.
