The province has implemented a new civic addressing system. The signs have been ordered through the RM office . The signs must be of a uniform look and placement so they will be able to be seen easily by emergency services. They are located at yardsites or active farmyard sites with a high level of farming activity.
Subdivisions will not require the civic addressing signs but have been assigned house numbers which must be clearly visible from the street.
The signs became mandatory in 2021. The RM has completed the process of signing all Township and Range Roads throughout the RM. All of the addressing information has been sent to the emergency agencies and is accessible to them.
Council meetings are generally held on the third Wednesday of every month unless otherwise posted.
All Council meetings are open to the public, if you have an issue you would like council to address please contact the office or your division councillor at least one week prior to the meeting date to be added to the agenda.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm excluding statutory holidays and staff training days.
