Grader Operator

The RM of Paddockwood is seeking a permanent fulltime Grader/Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team, year round.
In this role, you will:
- Operate and maintain various pieces of heavy equipment, including grader and skidsteer.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
- Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate documentation.
To be successful, you will:
- Have experience in grading, road construction, and heavy equipment operation (for the right applicant additional training may be provided.)
- Hold a valid driver's license (5G endorsement preferred).
- Be a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
